South scoured the landscape for a sampling of the coolest design in Savannah's restaurant and lounge scene. What we found is a mixture of contemporary and classical settings, where cuisine and cocktails take center stage but design plays an Oscar-winning supportive role.
The Concept:
The concept for the design stemmed from the quality and simplistic beauty of the food itself, a medley of Mediterranean inspired dishes using, whenever possible, locally farmed produce, poultry and meats. Because the owners had regard for making good food accessible, we created an interior that did just the same.
